All Christian Chaplains are welcome to serve in this ministry. A Transportation Worker Identification Card from the Department of Homeland Security would be required of every Chaplain to work at the ports. These cards require a fingerprint background check & a government processing fee of approximately $125. Chaplains by nature must be pluralistic & understand they are in place to help everyone regardless of faith or denomination of the person they are serving. Roman Catholic priests and deacons are invited here as well- including married and or retired/former priests... the church needs your service and that service is welcome here. The only document priests must have notarized and send to this ministry is the Vatican document DOMINUS IESUS. You can email us for a copy and we'll send it to you in a Word document.
